- "Closing the Gap" - CFPS workshop proceedings - The proceedings from the CFPS October maritime security workshop, Closing the Gap, are now available. These proceedings have been used to develop a scene-setting 'read ahead' document for MSC 2012, available for download below.

- "Extending the Principles of the CJOS 2011 White Paper" - The critique analyses the framework of cooperation advanced in the White Paper (i.e. MSA Strategic Framework) and focuses on the basic principles governing the proposal, the essential factors identified, and the practical solutions it advocates. This analysis rests, in large measure, on the CFPS' Maritime Security Workshop findings set out in Chapter 2.
